Boxwood Partners Advises Proactive Dealer Solutions on Its Acquisition by Capitala Group
The sale of Proactive Dealer Solutions marks Boxwood’s 12th completed transaction of 2021
JUPITER, FL – (January 4, 2022) – Boxwood Partners is pleased to announce it has advised Proactive Dealer Solutions (“PDS”), an industry leader of customized SaaS and consulting solutions for various end markets, on its sale to Capitala Group (“Capitala”), a leading provider of capital to lower middle market companies.
Boxwood Partners, a leading boutique middle-market investment bank based in Jupiter, FL, acted as the exclusive sell-side advisor to PDS on the transaction after previously advising it through a recapitalization with Capitala in December 2020. The transaction was led by J. Patrick Galleher (Managing Partner), Brian Alas (Managing Director), and Madison Day (Associate). The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Proactive Dealer Solutions was established in 2001 as a multi-faceted service provider for auto dealerships and the automotive sector focused on lead management and conversion. PDS’s services assist with all aspects of a business development center (BDC) by providing a full suite of integrated solutions, including DMS-integrated web-based platform, call monitoring services with proprietary speech analytics, hiring/talent acquisition, outsourced BDC solutions, and performance tracking and conversion. Proactive Dealer Solutions is based in Huntersville, NC.
