Leading M&A Advisory Firm Completes Its First Home Care Services Transaction in the Franchise Industry

BrightStar Care is a leading franchisor of home care services, with over 400 agencies nationwide.

Boxwood Partners, a leading boutique middle-market investment bank known for its deep experience with entrepreneur and family-owned businesses, acted as a financial advisor on the transaction. The transaction was led by Brian Alas (Managing Director), Dan Martinson (Director) and Donovan Murphy (Analyst). The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
